take your time. don't boost right away when you finished...drive around for a bit to make sure you didn't forget anything.

Don't break any bolts like it did, and then be screwed cuz no local stores have any!!
TAKE YOUR TIME. Do everything right the first time!!
After the install is done and fluids are full. Start it up on the jacks, let is get semi warm, see if it leaks. If not, take it down on the street, let is warm up good, check for leaks. Take it around the block, check for leaks agian.
Let it sit over night, check for leaks in the morning. If no leaks then your all good.

the turbo was hitting the face of the block , like and inch left of the dip stick . the manifold is a F-max manifold and the turbo was a T3T4 from my old RevHard kit .

So I guess you've ruled out shaving the block?

i did shave the block but the turbo would not fit . i felt that i had shaved off to much alrady so i didnt continue . i would rather replace a manifold then the block .

Hey man, I got a question for you...
I have an FMAX Mani and Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo from the FMAX kit, Will i be running into the same problem as you when doing the iunstallation?
Or is it because your ur using a revhard turbo, which is the reason for all the troubles your encountering?
TIA
