TURBO GEEKS???? NEED OPINIONS
hello everone i cam in here to get some opinions and mybe some help.
Im in the process of building up my engine. My thoughts were to have a full NA car but thinking about it more logically it seems that i will spend more money with the NA and not get the same power if i were to go FI.
I have a 96 gsr head that i bought from a guy and planning to get it port and polished. then upgrading the springs and retainers and mybe even new valves if the wallet permits.
So my question is, if i have a fully built head, should i or do i need new cams?
BTW i have a 98 GSR with about 89k miles. Im hoping to do a compresion test soon to see if my rings are still ok. BUT with a FI set up what is a safe level for me to boost at?
MY goals are to have a daily driver with reliablity.
WELL MY QUESTIONS CAN GO ON AND ON....THANKS FOR ANY ADVISE FELLAS.
