Default turbo and fuel management help

hi, i have a 91civic si with a OBD0 b16a. and i just got a turbo for it. i was wondering what kind of fuel management is good but cheap. some have told me about the zdyne ecu, but the zdyne ecu it way to much for me. ($900). anything would be better. i also have a apexi vafc, but i heard that its a piece of crap cuhz of the timing problem. can i just get a turbo chip for my ecu??? and another thing is when i got the turbo it came with a blue box thingy which i believe its a e management. can i use that on a OBD0?? and i got some RC injectors too but was told that its not compatible with my car. so i pretty much dont kno what im doin. im new at FI so anyone that can help me out thanks alot. also with my turbo do i need that fmu thingy? cuhz i dont have one. basicly how can i get this turbo to run about 7 psi? i have the turbo i kno deres more to it den just bolting the turbo on.
