Default turbo feed line restrictors

I have come across AN fittings that i can specify the orifice size that i want while retaining the same threads and so forth. my question is, what size orifice would sufficiently reduce pressure if i was to replace the fitting that goes into the feed side of my turbo? I am going to use a 90 degree fitting and i can specify the orifice size. using -4 an line

Start at 80 thou. I had my machinist restrict mine to 80 thou an i works much better.
