TURBO + DP= DP WELDED 2 TURBO WTF
Anyone ran into anything like that? is it any good/bad? I got a t3/t4 and the 5 bolt dp is welded on there. Need pics or is that pretty clear? lol

pics cuz i wanna see this. its bad, heat and vibration will most likely break the weld. how u ever gonna remove it. i was told welding anything to the hotside is a bad idea

Pics may be needed. It is entirely okay to weld steel to iron if it is done right, but we have all seen the ones that WEREN'T and they are usually pretty ugly.

ive run turbos like that b4 .. never had a problem. just make sure u have a flex pipe or somthing that will allow some flex to the rest of the exhaust or u will poss break somthing .

HMT's down, so he has resorted to drinking.
On my last teg, the turbo was welded to the manifold, and the dp was welded to the turbo. Made it a pain in the *** to put on/take off.
