Default turbo b16 crx not good

ok i installed my t3/t4 turbo kit on my b16 crx last weekend and now i think i blew it up runnin 10psi not really sure what happened i have the inavative wide band and it was reading 11-14 the whole time and i think i burnt a piston or someting and im thinkin about a rebuild with piston and rods so what would u recomend i have rc 440 injectors 62mm throttle body vafc and i would like to make it reliable and a everyday driver?

What all was included in your kit? And to make it a good daily car I would recommend head work. Maybe some rc 550's and remember the key to a reliable car is a GOOD TUNE

i got the whole kit type r intake manifold bbk 62mm throttle body fuel rail the rc 440s hks bov turbonetics evolution wastegate the wideband autometer boost gauge and some other stuff

Yea it sounds like before you put your kit on you should have done a compression test to check all the pistons. When you rebuild you motor what are you driving goals? horsepower goals? Recommended pistons and rods would be CP pistons and Eagle rods.

yeah i was thinkin about 280hp everyday driver lol what kinda price range am i lookin at on the pistons and rods

You can go to the Honda-tech classified and find plenty of deals on piston and rod combos from sponsers. They usually range from 750 on up. Are you from South Carolina? and if so do you ever come to the Harbison Sonic's?

yea man I feel you. I was going to turbo my Integra and build the motor but I am having no luck finding a good enough job so I am gonna go ahead and sell what I have from my kit.

yeah it starts and runs but doesnt seem to have much compression i have to test it and its has a slight skip and it wont idel last night it ran perfect then today i drove about 20 miles got on it one time then it cutt off on the highway and i have alot of blowby when i take off the oil cap its a smooth blowing out the cap
