turbo acura production car
import tuner said there is a rumor acura is putting a 250hp 260tq k22 turbocharged engine in an suv in the near future. has anybody else heard this rumor?

No, but according to Car and Driver, May 1998, we'll be seeing the Civic Type R here in the U.S. 'any day now!'

just wondering why everyone hating on the import magazine. i am not saying i am on there side i never buy those anyway. the price is like $5 . too much for me. but i do look at it when i am shoping around.

What ever happened to all of the shitty econoboxes that get 70000mpg?
Seems like all the manufactures are making their shitty cars faster in stock form.
Are all of the '06 civics getting the R motor, or are some getting the K? Is the R motor the new D series with the same gas mileage and power output? Or is it supposed to be fast-ish?

i read about that too.. and i also work for a honda-acura dealership as a salesman... they are talking about putting a boosted motor in the an Acura version of the CRV... doubt it will ever make it to production...
