Default turbo accord wont start

did a search and most people were having different symptoms than me. ok, finish the install, and go to start it first time, and it is turning over pretty slow as if battery is dead. check the battery, its only at 10v so i charge it over night. next day, go to start it, engine turns fast for like half a second, then does back to turing over slow like battery is dead. anyone got suggestions? here is a list of setup, at least all things that i installed since it last ran.
1995 accord lx f22b2
garretT25 on a log manifold
tsi blow off valve, fuel pressure regulator, intercooler
apex-i s-afcII
rc engineering 550cc injectors
gude camshaft
bored throttle body
aem cam gear
aem pulleys
a/f gauge
boost gauge
relocated battery to trunk for room for air intake
new painted valve(dought it has anything to do with it but whatever)
thanks for any help you guys can offer.

I would guess that it has something to do with your battery relocation. Check your wiring and make sure you used big enough wire. There probably isn't enough power to start your engine or run any electronics (ecu, fuel pump, etc...)

i used car battery cable wire, so that shouldnt be the problem. also, battery was fine before i started the project so i dont think it died from just sitting in my garage, but i will get it checked. for the afc i havent messed with anything yet, i was waiting to get it too the dyno. i know it is probably running rich, but i dont know if that would affect the engine turning over slowly. thanks for the suggestions so far, up for more suggestions.
