Turbine Inlet question

Hi,

I'm seeking for some answers that can help me decide what Turbine housing to use, I have google, doing research but no definitive answer, so hope someone can help here,

I have built a k24/k20

k24a1 fully built, sleeved, 87.5mm forged pistons 10:5 comp. Forged Connecting rods, Type S oil pump, etc
K20a2 fully build head, with Supertech springs/retainers etc. port and polished, Type S cams
RRC intake manifold, ported w/70mm TB
Clutch stage 4 with Type r flywheel
Type S 6 speed transmission
1200cc injectors, walbro 450 pump, would be on either E85 or C16 whatever i can get a hold locally,
sidewinder manifold with 3" DP

This will be my fun car (92 hatchback) for the week or some street fun, and a pocket rocket for the track.

My goals are 700-750 whp. so I asked PTE what turbo would they recommend, after filling in some setup form they told me to use the PTE 6266 with a T4 .68 ar housing, and to go with a 60mm WG,

So my question here is, would the T4 housing will spool faster? and offer a better benefit over the T3 .82 AR? also is a 60mm WG really needed or the comon 44/45 mm one will do?

not sure if the RRC intake manifold is ok, or would a Skunk Ultra or the excessive 58mm center feed will be a better Option?
Would those Type S cams would work? or the BC stage 2 are more suitable for the task?

Thanks in advance

700 hp for the street aye? have you ever ridden in a 400HP+ honda? and a turbo of that size will not have "quick spool"

a 6266 will spool just fine with a K24/K20

your cams and intake manifold are suitable for your goal. You don't need to upgrade them, and I would use the T4 .68

You could use either one.. T4 gives a few more options down the line if you wanted is all

So, no real advantage or disadvantage from a T3 .82 AR to a T4 .63? what would be the other T4 options?

Thanks a lot,

Thanks a lot,

Any Optional turbine housings. Remember, going larger will only allow more exhaust energy in the top end at higher rpm. You can go over 800whp with any of the available options from PTE.
