Turbine housing + daily driver advice
im looking for some advice/opinions on the driveability of a combo im thinking of building. the main reasons for considering this combo is soley the fact that i already own these pieces.
and these are very general..
specs: y8 single w/ streetable p&p, internals (arias 11.5:1 and h beams). mostly stock for the rest, except supporting mods for low boost. I've got a garrett t4 (.72ar,t86 - 1.42ar, p trim) im not even considering using the 1.42ar instead looking for a .5 or .58ar.
I know it's not gonna be the fastest spooling or highest hp out there, but can i expect a reasonable amount of drivalbility? im not expecting 10psi @ 2k rpm, but rather 8-10 in the 3-5k range. i've got limited experience with turbos that size.
I know that a t4 is NOT the best for this application, but since i have one in my hand and im a farily broke *** im looking for ideas.
