So I bought my 94 hatch with a b20 turbo in it and the guy told me that it had been tuned at 15psi but running 10psi right now for daily driving, he doesn't know if the motor is built, but when i look at the piston though the spark plug hole i see a circle in the middle ( is that what stock pistons have? ).

And by accident i ended up turning the manual boost controller down so i tried turning it back up to where i though it was but when i would stomp on it and get to the higher rpm's it would cut out or something and that only happen when it would reach about 10psi but if i turn it down to about 7psi its fine but about anything higher it cuts out.... why? It's got a mitsubishi greddy 50 trim turbo, external wastegate, like the one you see on procivic.

Sorry the writing is all messy and sorry I don't have much about it but thats pretty much all i know on the car.
