Tranny oil and heat tolerance.

Tranny oil and heat tolerance.
I just recently had a quaife installed and for some reason when I drive it for an hour it starts making a slight groaning noise while turning in 1st gear taking off.
I used GM synchromesh friction modified. I also found a post on here and someone said that GM synchromesh isnt a thick oil and doesnt have a good heat tolerance. It is thinner oil and thats why the grinds go away because there is more freiction for the synchros when putting in gear.
But is it the same thing for a differential?
Maybe its just my clutch and flywheel still breaing in, I only have 300 miles on everything. But its weirrd how the noise only happens after an hour of driving.
So I need a good tranny fluid that has a good heat tolerance. I have a 99 GSR tranny with a quaife. Quiafe is gear driven so I dont need any special fluid.
Is Honda MTF syntetic? Im going to be buying fluid soon, so I need some suggestions.

Re: Tranny oil and heat tolerance. (InfamousGSR)
I just install quaife in my 96 gsr trans. I used regular GM Synchromesh. I don't have any problem. I think honda mtf is just fined. If you hear noise from tranny, pop it open and check every bearings.
