tourque settings for arp eagle rod bolts

tourque settings for arp eagle rod bolts
ive got to drop a piston out to check for dammage etc
the piston looks fine. just want to be sure.

i cant remember the tourque setting for the arp rod bolts or the crank cap bolts.
can any one let me know the best way of doing it.
i was just going to undo the rod bolts and push the piston up.(the heads off)

the correct way is using a rod bolt stretch gauge and torque it till you reach the the proper stretch. i want to say the 3/8 " arp is around 46 ft/lbs tho if you dont have the gauge

i have a tourque wrench to do them up so should be good thanks. can any one alse comfirm 46ft/lbs
