Re: TOTAL SEAL GAPLESS RINGS????
I used to use them in my super charged D16, they never gave me any issues. It lasted 5 years before I cracked a cylinder wall. <---back in the day before decent Honda tuning

Re: TOTAL SEAL GAPLESS RINGS????
how is this a dumb idea???do u like to leak compression and blow oil with ur boosted motor???anyway im doin it my machine shop recomends it for the hp goal im tryin to achieve..only thing is u must run a ventalation setup such as t1 or b&r vlve cover/block breather...if u dont u will have to much crank case pressure and blow the pan gasket.....

Re: TOTAL SEAL GAPLESS RINGS????
You need gaps in the piston rings. If you don't have gaps in them particularly with a boosted high Hp setup what happen is the rings expand and end up galling into the cylinder walls and causes some serious damage to the pistons and sleeves. This is why on all motor applications you can run tighter piston rings vs a boosted application a looser ring gap.
