That is exactly my question to you........you need to begin by reading the faq's. Then do some research into how to determine which turbo will be efficient for your application (also in the faq's) and what type of spool times you will see from what turbo (can be found by searching the different turbos you have listed). Personally never heard of an m trim turbo, but there is no reason you should need to use a t4 turbo on a b16 unless its bored built and your lookin to make a crapload of power.
If you search there are a LOT of threads with people looking to make 300ish whp on a b16 and plenty of suggestions for turbos. GL.
If those are you only options then #1......

There is a ton of difference. You're looking at strictly from a price standpoint for which turbo and this is not a move at all.
On the V-trim and M-trim turbochargers, you will easily need a different exhaust wheel, as the ones that come on the turbo are not at all well suited for a 1.6 litre vtec like yours. The T3 super 60s are alright, but have to be rather pushed to make over 300whp on that engine. I would look a bit more in terms of your needs as Keysersoze stated. I am a Borg-Warner distributor, and those other choices would be a mismatch.
