Golden Eagle does not make rods. If you have Eagle rods then they use ARP fasteners, depending on how old the rods are:
3/8 arp 2000 7/16 bolt head 43ftlbs
5/16 arp 2000 3/8 bolt head 28ftlbs
3/8 arp 2000 7/16 bolt head 43ftlbs
5/16 arp 2000 3/8 bolt head 28ftlbs
