As for your turbo choices, everyone else knows my opinion, so I won't beat a dead horse.

Now, if you're dead set on using either the 6262 or the Holset HX35, please consider these factors:

Holset
-Easy to get information and serviceable parts when needed (although availability may be a bit more difficult than before)
-More easily suits the need for utility, reliability, and good responsiveness
-Turbine housing may be difficult to integrate, and converting to T31 and V-band turbine housings are not as difficult as before, but can be a bit of a problem depending upon turbine wheel you have. The usual aftermarket sources to modify these housings aren't as plentiful as they used to be.

Precision
-Too large of an application for your needs
-Many need to be rebuilt, and those that have, people tend to sell at "rock bottom" deals. It doesn't mean its necessarily bad, but, I'll say that either way, it's too large to use. (Forget that "in case you want to grow," nonsense.)
-If it does need to be reconditioned, expect to pay as much as a new one anyway. So if it goes, don't bother fixing it.
-You want to keep an eye on oil pressure with the Precision over the Holset. the journal bearings tend to not be as robust as the Holset.
Shodan, thanks for your input on the turbo but this turbo is not precision is a comp turbo, are they the same as precision? I have not heard much about this company but this is their website https://www.maperformance.com/produc...er-143600-0006

Regardless I see what you are saying the 6262 is too large for my build.

Leave the Comp Turbo out of it. It's too large. Get something else if you want more precise behaviour out of your setup, or stay with the Holset.

I will stick to the hx30 if I will buy it.

Shodan, so I decided to go for the Skunk2/Spal fan combo. I liked the Koyo radiator but hate how they can't even include the freaking radiator cap, which sucks they should have included it. Let me know if this are the right items, I know the radiator is the right item but not sure on the Spal fan.

Thanks for providing me with the correct part. I ordered the Skunk2 radiator last Friday so I will be ordering the correct Spal fan this week.

That's still the incorrect part number. That's still the lower CFM one. There's one over 1700cfm. I've given him the right number. You gotta use at least a 40 amp fuse or a relay for this fan.

On my personal car I didn't want to mess with running a relay and new fuses for the fan so I purchased
this this
fan on a cheapy mishimoto radiator. It has been working fine for the last year on my 350hp turbo gsr. YMMV.

Seriously? It's just one fuse.

Actually I don't think I was saying putting another fuse in place of the stock one was hard. I didn't feel like putting a larger fuse than the oem wire was capable of was smart so I simply chose a fan that used less amps that was capable of what I needed.

That makes no sense, especially if the point is to have a better fan to keep the car running more smoothly. That's logic that doesn't solve anything

So its been a while since I have posted on my build, life got on the way but the good thing is that I was able to finish it. Right now I am breaking in the engine and will get it tuned very soon, also there is still a bunch of cosmetic work to be done but I want to rock the sleeper look for a while before getting it painted.

Wait, are you trying to do 400+whp on a non-sleeved B20 block?

So the my car actually made 370 whp/ 281 tq @16 psi. My camera battery died before the last run so I was not able to get a picture of the dyno results but here is the results before the last run @15 psi.

Is this different from the 600whp+ goal thread? Shall I merge them, or are these different projects?

LOL, the civic pulls really hard will soon get a video but I am starting my new project. Since I have my LS block sitting in storage, I want to either send it to CSS or Dart to get sleeved. With both I can get to 600 whp just not sure which way I want to go with, I have heard great things about both. If I go with Dart Sleeves I can reuse my pistons since they can install the sleeves with a bore of 84mm all I would need to do is buy new rings for it. If I go CSS I will need to buy new pistons for my LS block since it will most likely be at 81.5mm or 82mm. Also while my car was getting tuned my tuner said that my manifold could be hurting my numbers because of the short runners, is this true? I happen to have an inline pro manifold in storage as well that I could use for my new setup.

So far here is what I will need for my new setup:

2200cc injectors
450 walbro
fuel lines and filter to run e85
Block sleeved or CSS
Bigger Turbo
Upgrade Hondata from V2 to V3

You'll need another exhaust manifold. Unless you're using the center mount inline pro. ( not the stainless one for a/c made for 5 bolt turbine housings). the turbos you're looking for won't fit it well at all.

Don't fart around with the CSS CNC WERX at this point. Get the sleeved block for the 600whp at this point. True 2.0 litre. No B.S. You can easily get your money back on the tubular log you were using.

Why 2200cc at this point?. Get real management for that size (if you have to use it)

Actually, that 1st Gen should still work.. You'll need to keep it in T04E cover.
