tial wastegate q's please help........almost done with install
Okay a few questions on tial wastegate 38mm....
Does the O ring need to be in there???
And when i close my hood, the wastegate is laying sideways on lovefab shorty with elbow.... the banjo fitting is directly up......so when my hood shuts the nut goes through hood or woul basically.....is thre anyway that i can rotate the wastegate? I mean what im asking is can I just take off those allen nuts and rotate it sidways or no? thanks

yes, you can remove the allen nuts and rotate it. But if im understanding you correctly, cant you just loosen the banjo nut and turn it so its not in the way..

the banjo nut itself....the top of the nut is what hits so turning it wont matter.....i need to rotate the whole bottom but i cant.....

yes you must have the o-ring in the wastegate that is what seals the piston when closed. also o-ring from bottom or the banjo-ring yes you need it for sealing purposes.
