Default Tial HP (High Pressure) comments? Better then my standard 35mm?

I am currently boost spiking with my standard 35mm Tial wastegate. I think it just can not flow enought with high horsepower applications 300+.

I have read that the 35mm HP Tial is a 35mm bottom with 40mm top.

Will the HP (High pressure) Tial wastegate make an improvement on my car and help eliminate boost creep?
