just dont boost to more than your engine can handle. do a compression test just to make sure the motor is up for it. Most importantly get it tuned on the dyno with a a/f setup.

Good luck.

proper fuel management is also important. I would highly recommend getting a hondata unit. easier to tune and is one of the most reliable on the market.

just got mine back in, if the motor is sound go for it! d series motors are cheap to replace as long as they are stock, people throw them away (trash) all the time!

a friend of min is doing an n/a d16z6 is is still building it.... when tis done its gonna be sik... he wont get as much hp as a trubo for sure... but its gonna be quick...i just like the idea of "the little engine that could"... my friend is doing it to pretty much clown everyone that he beets cause all he has is a naturally aspirated 1.6 inline 4 (which wont be everyone by a long shot... but he will still surprise some people)

go turbo man... u wont be disapointed...... honestly if i had a hatchback i would proabably stop working on my integra and do a fully built d16a6 turbo... make as much hp as possible.. and beet the fastest cars i could.. just so i can say "U got owned by a 1.6 non-vtec turbo BIATCH"... but i got sick and twisted dreams like that.

i got a lot of respect for people who build up d-series and actually kick some *** with em.

rambling is complete
