are those dyno exhuast sniffers somewhat accurate
i was thinkin about doing a dyno run to see what my a/f is after my downpipe and exhaust but i wanna know if i can trust what its saying. i would perfer a wideband but for that i have to drive 5 hrs

They are VERY accurate. Ive seen side by side comparisons of the DYNO A/F versus what the wideband is saying and the # where almost identical.

just make sure when they put in the sniffer you don't have any exhaust leaks of any kind...because it will throw it off

They are pretty accurate, the only real problem is response time.
A car that make a bunch of power will sweep throught the RPM range before the sniffer can ever get a measurmet! If you can hold the RPM at steady state, then its normally not a problem!

what if i took the cap off my wideband port and stuffed the sniffer in the downpipe.. would that work.. or would it be to hot or somethign
