all deisel turbos ive seen have huge exhaust housings, and i doubt they will be properly sized for you motor. 6l>1.8l

then you obviously havent seen any modern diesel turbos lately. the exhaust housing on my borg warner GM-8 (from a 6.5) is much smaller than most "aftermarket" turbos. it spools very quickly and has great top end.
i say def put the turbo on it, it will be fun
