Default Thinking about going Turbo from all-out N/A

Guys what would I need to do in order to go turbo from all out N/A?

I can sell my ITR AEM
Toda Spec B's
Toda racing header
apexi Catback
and 2.5" hi-flo cat.

The only thing is that after getting rid of all that I'll still have like 11.8 compression which I could reduce with an inline pro headgasket, but my compression would still be too high.
I was thinking of getting custom pistons so that combined with my headwork, I'll have a total of 9:1 compression

How much would it cost me to resleeve the block with ductile iron sleeve s and bump up displacemnt to 2.0L and totally blueprint and bullet proof the bottom end?
could I still use my GSR crank with custome 85mm pistons, and custom rods to run a full 2.0L of displacement?

Then i was thinking it would cost me an average of $3K to slap on a turbo kit.....

Yup you definately need lower compression.

How is it so high now? Do you have different pistons? Or is it all in the headwork?

You'll probably see some great numbers at low boost with that head.
