There has to be a WB that dosent have any problems!
It seems that alot of WB have problems. I dont wan to waste 400 dollars on a wideband and not get my moneys worth. Please post your experiences with your wideband . I was falling for the zeitronix but people have spiking issues with em any info on these would help too.

What kind of spikes? Like spikes in the RPM's? Mine does that, but I think it's due to where I tapped it. It's pretty much a non issue though, I can always tell what RPM it's at. I've never had any of the other logging spike.
Never had it freeze or fail to datalog. It's finicky when you turn your car back on after you've turned it off with datalogging cable hooked to the laptop, but I usually just tap the spacebar (or is it enter key?) a couple times and it starts right up.
I think it's the best for the money, but it all depends on what you want. I wanted datalogging, but didn't care about a display, so it fit the bill great.

Yeah, I'm talking about the Zeitronix.
One of my datalog plots - you can see the spike, but it's nothing that's gotten in the way of my tuning. Like I said though, I think it's wear I tapped RPM that's causing this. BTW, the bottom user input is my stock Map Sensor - I just compare the voltage to a chart I have to determine the boost/vac.

I dont think I have ever heard of any problems after they got all the bugs out </TD></TR></TABLE>
When at the dyno my LM-1 read way different then the dyno's. Mine said 11.5 theirs said 12.5:1.
I had a new o2 and so was the dyno's. I just tune for whatever runs best anyways, but I didnt like the fact that the tow were so far off from each other.

For reference I would trust your wideband before the dynos.
The tailpipe sniffer wont be as accurate as the Wideband in the Dp
And i have used PLX's and not a single prob yet.

I've got the Zeitronix and I haven't had any problems with spiking. It's been great and real easy to use

The Innovate LM1 works great for me. If you have RPM spikes, its where you hooked it up or your ignition, generally not the box.

PLX M300, not a single problem. Going on 1 1/2 years in the car now. Still works like a champ.

I get that at almost every dyno I go to with the LM1 in the DP, it usually reads ~.5-1pt richer than the dyno WB. Trust your WB.
BTW, been using the LM1 for almost a year, aside from normal wear and tear, works like a champ

this is because its in the tailpipe and close to air which causes it to read lean.

lm1 here. I've gone through a few sensors (my fault) but the LM-1 has never let me down. I don't use the datalogging feature though. I let the EMS handle that.
It works great with the $40 VW sensors.

Re: (mopar junkie)
I have had 0 problems with the PLX. I love it. I have heard good things about the FJO as well, but it was out of my price range.
A lot of people have had really good experiences with the LM1 but it was nothing but trouble for me and a few other people I know.

Re: (SOHC_MShue)
First problem was compatibility issues with Hondata. At the time, there were some glitches with getting it to datalog with Hondata. As far as I know these have since been resolved however.
Second problem was that the controller would read the sensor for maybe a minute than it would say that there was an error. After contacting Innovate, they said that the sensor was bad. So I replaced the sensor. Same problem continued. I tried everything and couldn't get it to work right. I have a friend with the same WB and he had no issues. When we swapped controllers he could get mine to work. I guess that narrows it down to some sort of user error, but after every troubleshooting trick in the book I could not get it to work right. So to ebay it went...
Now I have the PLX, works like a charm. I love how small and simple it is, and they are easy to find for about ~$310 shipped.
