T4 60-1 .82ar p-trim - Turbonetics, Garrett, Precision?
I have a fully built h23a and am ready to order my new turbo... Im looking at putting down 450+whp and want a turbo that will support that much flow. I believe the guys at cheapturbo.com told me to go with the t4 60-1 .82 p-trim. Lately ive heard a lot about the precision turbo's though so could you give me the pro's and cons of the precision vs the turbonetics/garrett as well as prices?

You can make around 500whp on the 60 trim t3/t404 .82a/r exhaust. Its a standard garret, and runs 550.00 from cheapturbo.com. That would be my choice.

How about Innovative Turbo ? They are the only ones with Dual Ball bearing turbos.

what gt dual bb series would be similar to the t4 60-1 .82 ptrim? and how much do they run? i assume those are gonna be 2x the cost of a regular turbonetics/precision...

i got mine with a v-band shipped for $750 from MotorMatrix.com it just came in today and it supports 680=hp
it has a .68 A/R and a 60 trim compressor but Harry from Precison said it was a gt40 wheel and i beive compressor and he said it will spool very easy and suport the 680hp like it was suposed to.
it was extruned honed and it has a 360 deg. trust bearing and it is a T4 and it is tangtial also to what i beilive

the only thing about it is that it has a 3" inlet and a 2" outlet on the compressor i thought it would be bigger then that what do you think?

are you going to get a new manifold flanged for a T4 as well ? Because you are going to have to.
If I were you id stick with a t3/60-1 or a t3/t04e 60 trim .82 turbine .60 compressor, this turbo will make around 500-550whp....

yes im going with a new tubular manifold with a t4 flange. The t4 should outflow the t3... with the displacement i have a t4 should be pretty good, what does everyone else think?
