Default t3/t4 .63 a/r spooltimes

(t3/t4) when should i expect a .63 a/r housing to hit in the rpms range? and how long will it pull (rpm range) with a 50 trim compressor.. for a b18b1 w/ injectors & safc hack.. planning on boosting 7-9 psi

any differance using a straight t3?

I would say on that motor, beginning spool around 2800-3400 and full boost by about 4500.

Stick with the t3.t4 design.

It helps to know the manifold design/maker, downpipe size, cat/nocat, exhaust, ebc/mbc or spring only?

When you say:
<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Medek &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">(t3/t4) when should i expect a .63 a/r housing to hit in the rpms range? </TD></TR></TABLE>

What do you mean hit? Hit 1psi? 7-9 psi? HP? Torque? A Cow?

yea there many variables that can increase/decrease spool time:
the exact size of the turbo
wastegate spring
manifold
intercooler size
piping design
boost controller settings.

i can say that my t3/t4e 60-1 stage 3 .63ar hits 7psi in 5th at 3700rpm and thats on a 9:1 b20vtec motor. 3rd gear takes a little longer(~4300rpm)

I know its not same setup as yours but I got B18C with T3/T4 .60/.63 57 trim.

Spool starts around 3200 and full boost by 4500 rpms @ 10psi. 2.5" piping.
