T3/T4 with .60 Comp. A/R and .80 Turbine A/R - To big for built nitrous D?
Im piecing together my turbo setup now, and I found the turbo labelled above from a guy in Minnesota BRAND NEW for $290
Seems like a ****** large turbo, but my 1.6L D is going to be completely built running a small shot of nitrous along with the boost.
Head is completely built, block is soon to follow
Looking for 300+whp

Just to give you an idea my turbo is a T3/TO4E 54trim with a.63A/R. Its fully spool at 4800RPM without N2O. I bump the nitrous at 4200RPM in the higher gears to get instant spool. I would think it would work with a 100shot or more to get enough exhaust energy.

Your turbo is .54/.63 and your still making a **** load of power eh?
This car is daily driven, I wasnt looking for more than 400hp but ****, built motor and a 100 shot and this major ******* turbo. Gonna be big numbers
Should I go smaller?

400WHP with your seup should be pretty easy. My 418WHP was at 22psi with a 70shot. pump92 with three gallons of GT Plus 104 My next time at the dyno will be VP C-16 28psi and a 150shot. My goal is to break the 500WHP mark.

Well locally I only have 93 octane available to me.
**** I dont know what I want to do
What kind of block work do you have done?
Did you go with block guard or anything like that?
I was just looking to use this car for random races and highway fun, I dont think my car would be anything off of the line with such a big snail
