t3 for my custom turbo?
will a t3 be enough to push my gsr all the way to redline? i have been reading alot and down't seem like anyone is using this size turbo. i just want a bit more power nothing too outrageous. just want like 220-250 whp. i'm getting my turbo setup put together right now. anyone with feedback on which t3 will be good enough for me? i'm only planning on boosting like 6-7 lbs. nothing more. i'm hoping this motor will last me a while

according to my calculations, you need a t04e compressor wheel

When I did the math for the GSR with a T3 Super 60 compressor, it only pulled up to 7250-7500 rpm, then became unefficient. Someone may want to double check that though.

That sounds right to me, because the T3 60 is much better suited to a D16 engine than any other Honda engine. For the GSR go with the T04E like falconGSR said.

Actually, a T3 Super 60 is a perfect turbo for street.. torqy and low lag. Of course you're not going to get the same power as you would from a T04E.. but this turbo will easily give you 230whp at 10psi ~ ish. What really determines if it pulls all the way to redline would be the exhaust side. Just get a .63 A/R housing with a Stage 3 turbine.
