Re: (BoostedEG6)
would .63 be good for 350 to 400whp?
and what rpm would it start to spool?

Re: (DRAGLS)
the .63 will be more than enough for 400whp. it would probably do closer to 600. why did you choose a 60-1, not being a dick but it seems you dont know too much about turbos and im just trying to figure out why you wouldnt choose a more suitable turbo for your setup/goals.

The 60-1 is a great turbo I have it for my setup. Its a 60-1 p trim .63 on intake and .70 on the exhaust. Its still a pretty big turbo. It can easily make up to 400 hp on pump and somewhere in the 5's on race. Go with the .63 the .82 lags quite a bit for the street prolly wont see full boost on a .82 till like 6 but the .63 will see it about 5. So hopefully this helps u out.

it is give and take man. if you go .48 you will spool faster but it won't make the power the .63 will

I also have 60-1 t3 70-.63 exhaust. replacing my 18g turbo the 60-1 is to laggy for me. Makes great power if you use the rpm's. If I could do it over I would have wnet with the .48. Full boost 18-19psi 6000rpm with a 44mm wastegate.
Heck maybe I recieved an .82 since the wastegate was wrong when I ordered the kit from Full-race. 6k is very high. I put the 18g on my race car and it hauls *** .

Re: (96 GSR-T)
im running the 60-1 with a st 3 .63 exhaust on an 81mm lsvtec. 14 psi by around 5500, but it doesnt spool 10 psi until after vtec, which mine is at 4800.
it makes for a real nice 5000-8000 rpm powerband.

Not unless you wanted to make less power, I think the most you can squeeze out of a 60 trim is in the 475 range where a 60-1 can push in excess of 575 w/ the stg3 wheel and more with the 5 wheel, it is bore dependent, Evans made over 640 with the Stg5 .82 60-1 on an 84mm car.

Garrett T3/TO4E 57trim w .63 a/r. For your power/spool needs. This turbo can make 500whp and Spool in the 4krpm range.
Also, its only 619$ http://cheapturbo.stores.yahoo....html

Re: (OMG B16)
bore size does impact the max power out of the 60-1. jeff evans has made tons of power on an overbore, but only like 550 max i think he said on an 81mm.

but my valvetrain and cam profile say no need to go over 8k rpms
