t3/60-1 spool times?
what kind of RPM can I expect a T3/60-1 to spool on a 81mm B18C with ITR head? anyone know what to expect with the new BB garrett center sections.
ohh it will be a .63ar stage 3 exhaust wheel

from the testing we've been doing with these new BB CHRA's, i would expect full boost @ ~4500rpms on this setup.
we just finished testing the response of the T3/TO4Rp w/.63 a/r and on a stock 2L 4g63, we were seeing 22psi @ 5200rpms, and 12psi recovery at the next gear.
imho, the recovery is what these bb chra's are all about, to be able to initiate the next gear at more than half max boost pressure is insane on a turbo this large...
hope this helps

thats a good question, i'll make sure to get with the web guy next week and get him on it
otherwise, don't hesitate to give us a call at the shop toll free 1-877-23-TURBO, with any questions you may have.

Re: t3/60-1 spool times?
sorry to bring this back up from the dead but people didnt really post anything other than that one guy which was helpful as well.
were in 2012 now and im sure its somewhat different.
i have a built b18b 9.1 compression with ramhorn headers and skunk2 intake manifold, 3 inch straight pipe, and i too want to know the answer for the spool time.
currently with a 60 ar compressor 58mm/70mm blades and 63 ar turbine with 65mm/55mm blades i get full boost of 20psi at like 5500 to 5800 depending on how hot it is.
what am i to expect with a 60-1. my car pulls all across and i get peak torque at 6000 286pounds of torque and at 4000rpm im already over 220. reline 7200
