Default t25 turbo question

hi i just got a garret t25 bc1 m27 a/r .48 turbo and im trying to put it on my 91 civic which the motor was swapped to a 92-95 d15 vtec motor my problem is that the turbo came with an internal wastegate and all manifolds i find have a wastegate flange how can i make this work can i put another wastegate or should i just fabricate a block off plate for the wastegate flange if its even possible or how would i be able to do this thanks for your time

I've seen wastegate blockoff plates. If you can't find one make one. It's just cutting sheet metal drilling holes and bolting on and sealing.

try checking with your local muffler shop maybe they can fabricate a block of plate for cheap and it should work.

just get a stock ex. manifold with a pre cat...hf maniifold,i dnt know what other will work

theres block off plates cheap on ebay.. I think i have one laying around in my garage..

You can block it off, that wont be a problem.


BUT....does your o2 housing have a wastegate port?
