i bought a Synapse Synchronic Fuel Pressure Regulator from Turbo-kits.com. well when i installed it, i tried to adjust the static fuel pressure. doing so the screw stipped out for the allen wrench. (keep in mind i did this Sunday 2-26-06) well i then emailed Jesse on Honda-tech about the issue asking him to call me i left the message monday night. i got a call from him right away on tuesday 2-28-06 he left me a message. as soon as i called him back i explained the problem to him. he then instructed me to send it back to him. and he said he would send me out a replacement. he told me to get a tracking number

one thing i did not relize is that he was actually going to send out the replacement before he even got the bad unit. i sent him an email with the tracking number. about an hour later i get a return email, it had a tracking number for the new unit which means he already sent out the new unit . i could not be more happy with this experience.

Jesse gave me an awesome deal on the FPR and on top of that they have the best customer service i have ever experienced.

Ive met jesse before, nice guy, he came in to my work (acura of avon) looking to get an rsx type s. for good customer service. glad to see that out of a CT native.
