Default Swap job and turbo setup. Time?

I've never done a swap or a turbo install before. I'm swapping out my d16 for a b16a2 in a few weeks, and all at the same time, i'm adding a turbo kit to it.
How long would u guys say this will take me? I have 3 guys helping out, and 1 of them knows what they're REALLy doing. (not me )
Estimates?

I did one over a long weekend once but we had to fab all charge pipes, downpipe, raditor support and heaivly modify the crossmember in an ef . Fabrication makes it take a lot longer. If it was a prefabed kit the swap and turbo could be done in a full day since a prefabbed kit is not really any more work when putting in an engine anyways. You just gotta take the bumper off for the intercooler and setup your fuel managment which is not much time at all, everything else is part of a normal swap for the most part. Try and do things you can do ahead of time like install guage pods and wiring for guages and stuff to minimine down time

one day sounds good. But i dunno. I have to fabricate all the charge pipes too, unless i can find ones that are premade. But i have a completely coustom setup, so i'm going to be stuck with some fabrication.
And u mentioned about modifying the crossmember, i dont have to worry about that with my eg, right?

Yea egs are far easier, no crossmember, way more room if ac is out, battery is out of the way. Fabbing charge pipe and down pipe will add at least a few hours to weld all the joints. I would plan at least a couple days because there are always setbacks.
