Supercharger set-ups with LHT intercooler Chime In!
Post up your set-up with an LHT intercooler. I know some have it and have gotten great results. I along with others are interested to see what numbers you have and the overall performance increase or driving impressions after adding the intercooler.
Post away your set-ups!

Engine bay, supercharged Dart-block 95mm stroker motor (about 2.2L), RLZ-ported head -w- oversized valves, Wiseco 11:1 pistons, much other goodness, made 275 WHP on 6.5 PSI of boost with a bad head gasket and trashed pistons(leakdown was 20-41-22-20). When I get a good gasket and a new set of pistons in it and run 10 PSI of boost it's going to be stupid:
Custom header, short 2" primaries to a 3" merge collector, thermal coating by me:
JRSC with Endyn-modified blower and the first production LHT Intercooler ever made, still working fine. After a few dyno runs, max IAT's got up to 130 degrees on a warm NC night. It also has a custom pulley system designed by me and CNC'd at Pulley boys. The boost was very consistent, even using crappy old belts, and they didn't jump out of their tracks at all, which they used to have a tendency to do when driven hard:
Dual half-width radiators, Fluidyne on the left for cooling the motor and ebay $99 special on the right for cooling the water for the LHT intercooler:
Shot of the water pump and extra fan for the intercooler:
Took the motor apart last week to get some new pistons in it, this is what it made 275 WHP @ 6.5 PSI on:

props to a very cool setup
What happened to those pistons, running lean?
I thought about doing a radiator as a heat exchanger back when i had a vortech charger.

Did it on startup, ran a little too much fuel, washed the cylinders down and the pistons scraped. It's a lot more common problem with 95mm strokers as they have a lot of side load and you have to be careful. Just have to run a hone through it and pop some new pistons in it, no big deal.

I'll be on the dyno in a couple weeks, for now heres a quick run down:
11:1 lsvtec (eagle, mahle, comp tech, etc, stock stroke, I hate you mcdaniels )
lht intercooler (i'm using a 1 gallon fuel cell filled w/ ice water instead of a heat exchanger set up *shrugs*)
m62 blower, modified by Wade Embree
Garage 808 equal length header
crv crank, endyn stepper, 3.8 nose
b16 trans
a bunch of msd parts
hondata s200b

What did Wade Embree do for you? I'm assuming all the HSL clearancing and coating stuff, but do they also do porting and case modification? Pictures would be great if you've got any.

Porting, coating, a weight reduction option ( i didn't opt for it), rebuild/machining services. He kinda does it all and seems to know his ****. I know I'll be doing business with him again. Fair pricing, his work appears to be top notch. I'll know for sure the quality once I run the car.
I have pictures, but they're all exterior. I got all excited and assembled everything before I even thought about taking pictures I'll see what I can do while the engines still out of the car

Re: (nvmeplz)
I have a B18b running the numbers you see below. I have a crappy header that is soon to be fixed in a few weeks...I hope to see 215/175 out of an LS. It is worth every penny I spent on it. Nothing to crazy is done internally except some Mahle 10 to 1 pistons and Eagle rods. I will also be putting in some Crower FI cams soon.
