Supercharged B18C1, what distance to gap plugs?
I am currently running my iridiums at .025 gap in a S/C'd B18C1 running 6lbs of boost. Should I increase my sparkplug gap to .035 to .038? Anyone running iridium plugs in this setup or something similiar?

Which plugs are you using? When you gap them larger, you will have to replace them more often, but what is a 6$ tune up every oil change...It's no big deal ya know. If you aren't running the bkr7e's then I would reccomend trying them.

Thats right I'm sorry. You already have that posted. I havent' heard too many good things about those plugs. Honestly I would just stick with NGK bkr7e's. I've heard of alot of people saying those aren't that good for FI.

Doesn't matter. You should use a colder reg copper plug.

Do you know anything about spark plugs? You said iridium plugs run too hot. That statement isn't true. I never recommended iridium plugs for this application, just stating that they come in different heat ranges. The IK22 is the equivalent of a 7 heat range in ngk.
