I mean, if I had some type of traction assistance, then yes, it would help. However, 350-400 is more than enough on the street and anything more is just overkill. My car is a true street car, not some stripped/gutted econoshit box that gets trailered to the track. I drive it to work occasionally and for daily errands. It is far from a garage/trailer queen.
I cannot fathom how terrible it would be with an additional 100-200 hp.
Do as you want, but that manifold and hp goal is way out of line for daily street usage in any chassis.

What about that crx on 1320
With the huge turbo mounted on a ram horn
Yes he put s2000 interior in it for more weight but that thing has to be making decent amount of HP if he was beating street motorcycles and r35 and vipers
And yes he was also spinning but he did have nice decent street tires but like i said il rethink about what i want to do.
Thanks guys!

look up ceejay crx as well.
if i was doing a build similar to you i would make sure i have the following to make sure i hook:
r888 tires up front with a decent sidewall
Good traction bar
Good suspension
Boost by gear
you should be able to use 450-500WHP in third gear. i prefer the ls or gsr transmission. Im running r888 on my s2000 and it dead hooks 700whp in second gear.

And a large compressor cover could be anything.. You know the old saying of "don't judge a book by its "cover"? That phrase applies here, too, my friend.
