Weird looking manifold was that the only way to get the runners equal length. Should coat all the piping with a ceramic coating look much nicer! Still very good work.

The kits will be available within the next 6 weeks, and whats included is just about everything you need, with the exception of the fuel system.
That is not the only way to make runner equal length, but its the best.
Also regarding that FMU, its actaully set to a 1:1 ratio, so its basically just a big FPR, the guy had it so thats why i used it.

Re: street GSR with a full-race kit (FFgeoff)
Why didn't you run the IC piping from the turbo to intercooler directly to the intercooler? What's the point of running that piping into the fender and then back into the front of the car? you'd save money and space, and you'd maximize the drize angle of the compressed air. Looks great though.

Re: street GSR with a full-race kit (PreIudeSI)
the fan shrouds dont melt or anything, the wastegate is far enough away that when it dumps, its cool by the time it gets to the fan.
Prices should be available in 2 weeks, im waiting on quotes for parts.
The piping was routed like that in order to use the intercooler we had. The end tank was different than the ones i will be using in the actual kits. To see what the actaul kit will look more like, check out the other link where the turbo dumps right into the end tank. That definately is a far more effective, colder and more powerful way to have air enter the intercooler, and the kits from this point on will look like that.

Re: street GSR with a full-race kit (newsense)
just to clear things up, the kits will look just like the pics in the other post on the black civic, this white integra was a one of a kind, none of the kits will have ic piping like that.

Geoff,
Is that a stock motored car, and I'm assuming thats a 60-1 .63 a/r exhaust ??? When is it fully spooled up in like 2nd or 3rd gear...

Re: street GSR with a full-race kit (FFgeoff)
Whaouuu it spools up quite nicely I usually have to wait up to about 5k for my 60-1 to spool up with the log style max rev manifold...
Was I right about the turbo size? Also are you running a full 3" exhaust with it?
Could you give me a price on the manifold and downpipe...?
Thanks,
Adi

Re: street GSR with a full-race kit (newgsr)
wow you know what? Thats a good point, i didnt have any quantitative data on turbo spool... well i guess that would make sense because the red civic didnt really spool until around 5200... interesting. Anyway yeah it is exactly the turbo you said, .63 a/r and 60-1. Oh and yeah, 3".
Price on the mani is 975 till the end of sept at which point they will be 1150. DPs are 399. The DP has a little wait right now becuase we are making a big batch of manifolds, but the DPs will be immedaitely after manifolds are finished, but that may not be until the end of october... it might be worthwhile to try to fab one up, i can get you the materials for a decent price. Just an idea.
