my setup is. obd0 DOHC zc stock internals.. t25 turbo and rest of kit is greddy , im running an 89 integra 1.6 ecu . stock injectors and FMU (12:1) , i manually set timing on distributor to about 12* , im running 14 psi of boost ( remember this is a tiny turbo so my 14 isnt = to most of your 10 or so) the car runs great but just the past week or so at full throttle and starting about 5k till redline in 2-5 gear the car will start to sputter and pop and stuff . it dont throw any cel at all . map sensor is tricked with check valves and i dont get any code for that , i thought it was timing so i retarded it by 2 more degrees but still same nonsense. it never used to do this so im trying to figure it out. i replaced plugs/wires /cap/rotor too and still the same. do u think something inside the dist could be going to cause this? cause its acting goofy and it never did before. car dont smoke or nothing and runs strong till about 5K at full throttle. i dont get it. and dont say nothing about fmus suck cause i have zdyne gold sittin here but i need a laptop so that will come later but for now i need it to run how it was a few weeks ago.

i just thought of something else. i did change my tps about 2 weeks ago and i set the closed throttle voltage to .58 which is where the old one was at and wot was like 4.68 or somthing which the spec says .5 closed and 4.5 wot . do u think having that extra .8 at closed throttle could be wacking out the ecu at WOT and flooding it or somthing?

that is very possible. your ecu might not be giving it enough fuel. Check your fuel pressure too. I had the same thing happen to me cause my pressure was to low

my FP is somewhat low. its like 35 psi. which i think should be like 39 on a zc .. i dunno if that would hurt it or why it would be low . it almost feels like fuel or spark is being cut at high rpms.. sounds like someone about 2 launch using a 2 step same noise. and i dont get why it would have just started it though. i just now adjusted the tps and it made no diff..

update: i changed distributor and still the same. so i lowered my boost control to 10 psi and beat the heck out of it for a min and it drove perfect. so i raised it up to 15 psi and now its fine again. i cant figure out whats goin on. but its running fine now. ??
