they both work well......... a large plenum and runners on a boosted car will run fine...........
im selling a new in box HP racing intake manfifold with fuel rail........
all sheetmetal actually an imitation of teh STR one........... fits all stock sensors and fuel rail flows very very well
asking $350 shipped OBO!

I think you will be happy with either manifold in my opinion. Both have been proven to perform well in boosted cars.

I don't have any "real world" dyno numbers with either manifold but I do have one of damians hp racing sheet metal intakes going on my built lsvtec setup BUT this is going to see 28psi and 20psi on pump so the HUGE plenum on the sheet metal intake might make a difference. For a mild setup I would go with the JG. Sheet metal intakes have a tendency to be rough idle, bad low speed tq, and a loss in the midrange. But, depending on boost pressure and what you plan on using the car with, you make the decision. I would like to see a dyno comparison to see if each one affects spool time, mid range power, and peak power output!
