Default stock sleeves w/ lots of boost!!!

how many pounds of boost can the average LS block take...considering everything is all bored out a bit and honed, with forged internals....1bar?

it will take as much as you can throw at it assuming its tuned properly.
But dont expect it to last long if you run a lot of boost constantly.
Think of it like a math problem:

Lifetime is constant
Lifetime = X(psi) * t(time)

More psi, less time it will last
less psi, longer it will last

I'll be running 7-9psi around the street...and like 14 at the track, which I only do once a month maybe.....should be ok for a while right?

with forged internals and the right fuel management.. 12psi around town and 18psi at the track is realistic (but 18psi max!!) now uh.. u buy that benson'd b16 block that vtecvoodoo is sellin.. and it's a different story.

With forged internals I've seen 24psi on a stock block, all in the tuning. I've also seen 15psi on stock bottom ends before, but like you'll get told by everyone, it's all in the tuning.

but the question is, even with perfect tuning, can the stock sleeves handle 15psi????

They can handle it, but not forever.
