Stock Internal Limits?
What would be deemed the limits of a rebuilt stock internal GSR? Pump 93 vs e85, if E would make a big difference in this situation. (I've looked around and just looking for an updated answer in current times) Thank you in advance!

Re: Stock Internal Limits?
I always refer to the Humble Performance build guide for questions like this. They have a "quick and dirty" power guide at the top.

Re: Stock Internal Limits?
I'd say 400-500 hp if perfectly tuned, on E85, before you would bend rods. I think one company did nearly 400 on an internally stock D16Z6 with perfect tuning back in the day. They bent a connecting rod at that level. Bent, not broke. I've ran somewhere over 20 psi of boost for a while on an internally stock B16, but very careful tuning was involved. There is basically no margin for error at that sort of output. E85 gives some headroom.
