Get 880's and run 10psi, why sell yourself short? understood the b20 block is weak but most issues come out of poor tuning and xenocron is one of the best.
and don't look for HP or "goals" be focused on the gains.

wat wat !
as previously stated, you need to get those arp replacement rod studs. to do that properly you need to check the big end of the connecting rod for ovaling after the stud install and if that turns out that its not true anymore then you will have to take the rods out and have them honed out.
if taking the block apart isnt in your near future then tell xenocron your setup and im confident he will pick the proper redline for your setup. as for power, 260-300hp is very probable depending on how much your b16 cams set you back.

My setup
Refreshed B20z block
ACL bearings
Recondtioned stock rods w/ ARP rod bolts
Stock pistons
P72 GSR head
Stock manifold
Stock cams
Supertech valvetrain
Quick 4 turbo manifold
eBay 50trim
Precision 1,2000cc
Walbro 255 fuel pump
3inch downpipe(open cutout)
Tuned on Crome pro at 8psi(wastegate spring)
Makes 296whp 215trq with an AWESOME powerband, especially for daily driving
With that 60-1, you should see around 330, but with a higher RPM powerband
