stock b16 turbo, can i add my zex nitrous kit too?
so my b16 is stock with soon to be 10lbs/270 est. whp turbo tuned wit crome. I have a zex wet nitrous kit from my another honda collecting dust. Can I put the n2o kit wit 50hp jets and use? Sounds like a disaster waiting to happen but curious.

Its gonna be a gamble I dont know of any one that has run both on a stock B series. I know of a guy that was running a D series on boost and spray with a chipped competer but that car is not running anymore, but it lasted a little while. It will make a big difference what kind of fuel management you are running and how good your tuner is! If it was me I would personaly try it. If you deside to roll the dice, post how well it worked out for you! So others will know in the future if it holds or not.

Humm, it defenitly sounds risky. I am almost sure it will f up my engine. But what the hell, i'll never know until i try. I bet its really fast for 15 seconds. I'll post the results when I destroy my b16.

yeah that is a very potent mixture... I probably wouldnt advise doing it. unless you have alot of money. but if this your only car, then dont do it. easy as that.

you can just make more reliable power with a better tune. f that nitrous and turbo combo unless your running single digits in the 1/4. b16s arent cheap. why ruin a good thing?

you are taking a very big risk doing this. it would be better to tune with the turbo only for 330whp. it will last much longer. are you planning on tuning for boost and nitrous if you do use the nitrous? if not your wasting your time and a perfectly good motor. just use the turbo and add however much boost it takes to get you to 330whp it will be so much easier to tune and reliable

Had a stock top to bottom B16 with a Master Power 60-1 on 15psi and a 30 shot of nitrous (dry shot). Nitrous was activated with ECtune, 370hp, and 290tq at 7000 rpm...slipping clutch. Engine lived for a whole season then broke ring lands on #4 cylinder. Let me just say that with the nitrous it was like driving a whole different can.

I do not recommend using a zex kit (ever open one up? GARBAGE!) let alone running it with a turbo unless you get it tuned. Only way i would do it is run in off a WOT switch and progressive controller and shut it off when you get full spool in turn removing the lag. BUT MY OPINION is not to even put in near the car let alone in it.

yes you can run boost an nitrous on a boosted motor . i wouldnt rec a dry shot. its almost like running race gas it sure to double you shot out put. a 50 shot could be come a 100 shot. get it tuned and you will be ok

Why not get a 2.5/3/4 bar MAP sensor and turn up the boost? Do you really need it to spool faster? FYI I've never seen a turbo [compressor map] that was more efficient at 10psi than it is at 15psi.
Unless you get it tuned to the nth degree, I would not recommend n2o on a stock-block turbo setup. Waste of time, energy, and possible your entire engine.
