Default stock b16 ctr cams gt35s/61

just wondering some peoples previous setups...i was wondering what kind of power people have made on stock block b16's...i have a b16 with ctr cams and skunk springs and retainers...putting a gt35s/61mm turbo...

what kind of numbers have some of you seen or had...size turbo? timing? boost? air/fuel? ...any input would be appreciated.

You'll really need to research that one on your own only because there are an infinate number of combinations to work with that turbo and power. That turbo you're using ona stock block will definately be a laggy little bugger on the b16 (maximum pressure by about 5500rpms) but it makes power.

yeah i just figured there would be a couple people that have made impressive numbers on stock sleeve/piston/rod b16 motors that would want to chime in.....j/w size turbo..boost..timing..air/fuel..etc.

Nice. So is it a P-trim, or a stage 5 wheel? You do realize those are different exhaust wheels?.. I just didn't want you to get confused, I am not in any way discrediting you..

how do u like the b16 on the street? how is powerband, like a light switch huh? the .63 ar turbine housing would make it spool much faster and be more street friendly

it wud be more street friendly if it had a .63 housing but i didnt want it to drop off on the top end so i went with the .82... it drives around real nice and will haul *** if you want to.. im almost positive that it will go 11s at 12psi if i had only had slicks.. cuz my best 60 foot was a 1.97

i made 350 hp and 252 tq on a stock b16 block and head with just a thicker headgasket with a greddy 18g turbo converted to external wastegate at 15lbs...its awesome on the streets but i dont have any traction at all so i dont really race anyone on the streets but i have ran 11.303 @ 123.89 and im trying for 10's before i upgrade...you can make good power with a gt30 on a stock b16 so i would recomend that turbo

Not as much as you would imagine. Not even close at that displacement

I'll see if I can get one but I personally don't have one.
All you do is use a integra plug and pull it back threw the harness and then wrap it back up.

the 12.2 was my best but shittyest pass.. the mph was 106... the car was a little lower on gas than usual and when i wud get into 3rd and 4th gear it would break up.. so i let off and coasted once i got in 4th.. it usually traps 119-120..
heres the break down of the 12.2 pass...

60 foot. --2.03
1/8th et--7.48
1/4 et-- 12.26
mph--106.4

there was no 1/8 mph on the slip.. but as you can tell by the 1/8 et i think i could have gotten a 11.8 or so it it was a clean pass.. it was the only time at the track that i used decent tires..
