Is the above likely to do any damage like warp the block etc.

I did this a couple of times with my just swapped in engine the car was under no real load backed it up 3 feet or so once and gave it a few revs EGTs were really low 'could hold hand outside the turbo no down pipe'.

I notice now I have installed the radiator is bubbles up a lot creates a white bubbly froth but it does go away coolant doesn't appear milky other then the bubbly froth.

I doubt all the air is out of the cooling system is this just the air or am I stuffed.

ive seen people make 1/4 miile passes with no coolant and its fine...i dont think 3ft would hurt

when i do swaps, i start up the car all the time with no coolant just to make sure it starts up then add water/coolant after a few minutes
