Stage 1-3 T3 exhaust wheels?....
What do they actually mean by these stages?
Is it trim levels?
Would a Stage 1 spool faster then a Stage 3?
What stage would you say I should choose for a .63AR T3/T4 shooting for 400HP?

you would want a stage 3 exhaust wheel. basically the wheel is physically bigger then the stage 2 and 1. I guess its supposed to allow better flow for some top end power.

Each stage represents a different trim. You need the Batman secret decoder ring to find out though.
The physical dimensions of the different stages can be found here:
