Default spool and power differences between a t3 gt35r and a t4 gt35r?

i was wondering if the t4 housing gt35r's spooled slower or made more power than the t3 housings. i picked up one with a t4 housing for cheap and was wondering the differences. its a .82 a/r atp housing btw.

I've seen Paul's yellow hatch at trackmasters (T4 gt35 on a 2.0L) squeeze out close to 700whp on an inline pro manifold. I'm not positive but i doubt that would happen on a T3.

Yes the T4 will make more peak power than the T3 but the T3 will spool quicker than the T4.

does housing size not matter? i know the t3 is available as large as ~1.06 iirc while the t4 only goes up to ~.82 with both turbo's using there biggest housing available what would the outcome be... thats what i always wondered at least...

A LOT of lag on the T4 especially on a 2.0L

No long winded retort here. The T4 version is not SUPER LAGGY though. In addition (as Im sure all you know) there are a tn of variables to consider as well.
