Default Spark plugs for ZC turbo "D series"

Im swapping out spark plugs on my ZC Turbo with some NGK Iridium's. My old plugs are 1 degree colder but the NGK's I just got Im pretty sure are just the stock bcpr7eix-11, I asked the store for 1 degree colder but I think thats the factory number. Anyway I am only putting out about 160hp at about 7 pounds of boost, would I even really need the colder plugs? Also how about gapping? keep it at 44? Thanks!

Actually just checked out NGK's site and the stock number is BCPR6EIX-11 so looks like they did get me one degree colder.
