Someone who knows about turbos...

I don't have a specific question. That's why I wanted to talk to someone one on one.
But basically I wanted to know if I should buy this package from a guy online:
GReddy TD04 15g turbo
GReddy cast iron manifold, ported to flow
TRUST front mount Intercooler 18"x5"x2"
Downpipe @ intercooler piping 2"
Steel braided oil lines w/ Aeroquip fittings
92-95 civic sohc oil pan tapped for oil line
Jackson fuel pressure regulator
Turbo X manual boost controller
Instructions: how to install
$1600.00 shipped
$1800.00 installed, must be located in Ohio
NO BOV
Kit has 6,000 miles on it, no shaft play!!
Turbo capable of boosting 14lbs,
Intercooler holds 14lbs

just buy a new GReddy kit from ben@importparts.com for 1600 bucks with no I/C
