someone clear this up . Greddy T25 flange . what fits on it?

i want a bigger turbo for my greddy mani. everyone tells me t25 style flange but then i hear a 14b will not fit.. so isnt a 14b a direct bolt on for the eclipses that come with the smaller t25 turbo or no? im trying to find a stock mitsu turbo or something that will bolt on for a spare without spending alot on it.. is there any stock turbos that will fit or what?
